In July 2025, I had the opportunity to capture key moments of Retail Loyalty Day '25 — a major event dedicated to loyalty programs and retail development in Belarus.The conference focused on emerging trends in customer behavior, the importance of personalization, partnership-based loyalty programs, modern payment solutions, and data privacy compliance.
